Yarjejeniyar Samoa: Gwamnatin Tarayya ta yaba da hukuncin NMCC kan rahoton bogi da jaridar Trust ta buga

Gwamnatin Tarayya ta yaba wa Hukumar Yaƙi Da Ƙorafe-ƙorafen Yaɗa Labarai ta Ƙasa (National Media Complaints Commission, NMCC), mai kula da harkokin yaɗa labarai a Nijeriya, kan hukuncin da ta yanke a kan jaridar Daily Trust dangane da rahoton bogi da ta buga dangane da yarjejeniyar Samoa.

a wata sanarwa da Rabi’u Ibrahim, Mataimaki na Musamman ga Ministan Yaɗa Labarai Da Wayar da Kai, Alhaji Mohammed Idris, ya bayar, gwamnatin ta ce hukuncin ya nuna muhimmancin tabbatar da gaskiya da riƙon amana, tare da tunatar da ‘yan jarida irin muhimmiyar rawar da suke takawa wajen yin tasiri kan fahimtar jama’a ta hanyar bayar da rahotanni na gaskiya.

Haka kuma ta jaddada cewa dole ne kafafen yaɗa labarai su bi ƙa’idojin aiki don guje wa rahotanni masu cutarwa kamar wanda Daily Trust ta yi.

Da take amincewa da ‘yan jarida a matsayin ginshiƙan dimokiraɗiyya, gwamnatin ta yi nuni da cewa ‘yancin ‘yan jarida yana tafiya ne tare da alhakin bayar da rahotannin gaskiya.

Ta kuma yaba da shawarar NMCC ta cewa tilas ne Daily Trust ta je ta bai wa jama’a haƙuri tare da kuma ɗaukar matakan hana faruwar irin wannan lamarin a nan gaba.

Ta ce: “An yi la’akari da kiran da aka yi ga hukumomin Gwamnatin Tarayya da su ƙara fayyace gaskiya, kuma za a ɗauki matakai don ganin an sanar da ‘yan Nijeriya isassun abubuwan da suka shafi jama’a.”

Ta ƙara da cewa, “Gwamnatin Tarayya ta himmatu wajen samar da yanayin da kafafen yaɗa labarai ke bunƙasa tare da ci gaba da bin ƙa’idojin ɗa’a na sana’ar.

“Muna kira ga dukkan kafafen watsa labarai da su ci gaba da kiyaye waɗannan ƙa’idoji kuma su yi aiki tare wajen yaɗa sahihan bayanai, waɗanda ke da muhimmanci ga ‘yan ƙasa.”

Gwamnati ta yi fatan wannan hukunci zai zama wani ma’auni na hazaƙar aikin jarida a Nijeriya, da kuma ƙarfafa danƙon zumunci tsakanin kafafen yaɗa labarai da gwamnati, da al’ummar Nijeriya.

Idan kun tuna, a farkon watan Yuli da ya gabata Gwamnatin Tarayya ta ƙaryata wani da Daily Trust ta buga cewa wai gwamnatin Nijeriya ta rattaba hannu a ƙasar Samoa kan wata yarjejeniya da za ta ba ‘yan luwaɗi da masu maɗigo cikakken ‘yanci a ƙasar nan.

Labarin ya harzuƙa jama’a tare da haifar da suka kan gwamnatin Tinubu.

Sakamakon haka, Minista Mohammed Idris ya yi taro da manema labarai a Cibiyar ‘Yan Jarida ta Ƙasa da ke Abuja inda ya ƙaryata jaridar har ya ce gwamnati mai ci yanzu tana mutunta ‘yancin faɗin albarkacin baki da suka mai ma’ana to amma ta damu da “rahotannin ƙarya” da ke fitowa daga Daily Trust.

Ya ce da ma Trust ta saba buga labaran ƙarya.

Ya ce: “Gwamnatin Tarayya, a ƙarƙashin Shugaban Ƙasa Bola Ahmed Tinubu, gwamnati ce mai kyautata alaƙa da kafafen yaɗa labarai. Hakan ya yi daidai da aƙidar Shugaban Ƙasa a matsayin sa na wanda ya daɗe yana gwagwarmayar tabbatar da dimokiraɗiyya da ‘yancin ɗan’adam.”

Idris ya yi nuni da cewa gwamnati ta ba kafafen yaɗa labarai damar su yi suka da kuma kare ‘yancin faɗin albarkacin baki ga jama’a.

Ya ce, “Amma abin baƙin ciki ne yadda wasu mutane suke wasa da wannan kyakkyawan yanayin wanda gwamnati ta tanadar. Mun yi matuƙar mamakin yawan aikin jarida da kuma kalamai na ganganci da wasu gidajen watsa labarai da mutane suke yi waɗanda suna da illa ga tsaron ƙasa.

“A cikin ‘yan watannin nan da suka gabata Daily Trust ta riƙa buga munanan labarai masu tada hankalin jama’a waɗanda ba wani abu ba ne illa ƙoƙari da gangan na yin ɓatanci ga gwamnati.

“A lokuta da dama mun yi ƙoƙarin ƙin yarda da cewa haka ɗin ne to amma yadda ake ci gaba da buga irin waɗannan labaran babu ƙaƙƙautawa tilas mu yarda da cewa haka ɗin ne.”

Ministan ya lissafa wasu rahotannin na Daily Trust waɗanda ya ce duk na ƙanzon kurege ne.

Ya ce: “Lokacin da aka yi juyin mulki a Jamhuriyar Nijar, Daily Trust ta riƙa buga labaran ƙarya cewa wai Gwamnatin Tarayya ta na cusa ƙasar nan cikin yaƙi, ta na murɗa labarin a kaikaice don tada hankalin jama’ar wani yanki domin ta haifar da rashin jituwa.

“Ita wannan jaridar ta buga wani babban kanu na labarin ƙanzon kurege cewa wai gwamnati ta na ƙoƙarin kafa sansanonin sojin ƙasashen waje a cikin ƙasar nan. Ita Daily Trust da waɗanda su ka haifar mata da labarin ba su kawo guntuwar shaida ko ɗaya ba don kafa hujja.

“Sannan mako biyu kacal da suka gabata, Daily Trust ta ƙirƙiri wani labari tare da yaɗa shi wai Gwamnatin Tarayya ta sauya sunan Titin Murtala Muhammed da ke Abuja zuwa Titin Wole Soyinka.

“A dukkan waɗannan lokuta jaridar ta dogara da ƙarya da ji-ta-ji-ta ne. Kuma ba su nuna nadama ko kunya ba su ba da haƙuri kan labaran.

“Amma ba mu taɓa tunanin cewa Daily Trust da masu buga ta za su zubar da ƙimar su har su yi gangancin yin ƙoƙarin jefa ƙasar nan cikin bala’i ba ta hanyar buga zargin ƙarya cewar gwamnati ta rattaba hannu kan yarjejeniyar da za ta ɗaure wa ‘yan luwaɗi da masu maɗigo gindi ba.

“A ganin mu, wannan abin kunya da rashin imani ne domin kuwa babu wannan zancen a cikin takardun da aka sanya wa hannu.

“Abin mamaki, jaridar ba ta ba da wata shaida ba ko ta kawo yarjejeniyar da ta ce an rattaba wa hannu domin kafa hujja.

“Abin baƙin ciki ne a ce labarin maras tushe kuma mai tayar da hankali shi ne wasu limamai suka yi amfani da shi a huɗubar su bayan an yaudare su da labarin, wanda hakan ya ƙara tunzura jama’a.”

Idris ya ce duk da waɗannan al’amurran, gwamnati za ta bi doka kuma ba za ta ɗauki tsauraran matakai ba.

Ya ce: “Gwamnatocin da suka shuɗe sun rufe gidajen kafafen yaɗa labarai kan abubuwan da ba su kai wannan muni ba, amma mu za mu bi abin a hankali kuma bisa doka.”

Idris ya bayyana cewa gwamnati za ta kai maganar ga Ƙungiyar Mamallaka Gidajen Jaridu ta Nijeriya (NPAN) tare da shigar da ƙara.

Ya ce: “Gwamnatin Tarayya tana goyon bayan kafafen yaɗa labarai masu ɗa’a da faɗin albarkacin baki amma ba za ta amince da labaran ƙarya da ke cutar da zaman lafiya da tsaron ƙasa ba.”

Idris ya halarci taron manema labaran ne tare da Ministan Kasafin Kuɗi Da Tsare-tsaren Ƙasa wanda ya yi ƙarin haske kan yarjejeniyar ta Samoa.
